Biography

Degree in Anthropology (2014) and a Master Degree in Medical Anthropology (2016), from the University of Coimbra, with a dissertation in cultural competency in health care. [2016-2017] Research grant at CRIA-UC, in the project "Companhia de Diamantes de Angola (Diamang) - Serviço de Informação e Diligências: uma memória subv(m)ersa" [2017-2019] Scholarship in the project 'Ethos - Towards a European Theory of Justice and Fariness'(European Union's Horizon 2020 programme under grant agreement No. 727112) [2019-present] Doctoral Student in Post-Colonialism and Global Citizenship (CES/FEUC) [2019-present] Phd Scholarship, funded by the FCT (SFRH/BD/144322/2019), with a research project on the influence of racial, gender and class violence on the experiences of pregnancy and childbirth of black and afro-descendant women in Portugal
