Cláudia Lopes


Biography

Cláudia Abreu Lopes is a Social Psychologist holding a PhD degree in Research Methods from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Master's Degree in Social Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Porto. From 2000 to 2011, she was an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Coimbra; and from 2010 to 2012, she was a Teaching Fellow at the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science of the LSE and researcher and Affiliated Lecturer in Statistics and Methods at the Department of Politics and International Studies (POLIS) at the University of Cambridge from 2012-2019. Currently, she is a research fellow at the United Nations University (UNU-IIGH) where she coordinates research projects related to gender equality, public health and sustainable development goals.
