Advanced Training Course

The Inventory Process - Between Law and Practice

June 3, 2017, 10h00

Room 1, CES | Alta

Presentation

With the entry into force of the Law (Law no. 23/2013, of March 5)  which approved the new legal regime of the inventory process, another of the expected reforms of the adjective law was introduced in the Portuguese legal system, changing the judicial paradigm of the process itself, through the election of new protagonists who, with the traditional ones, will have to know how to delimit tasks and articulate roles.

This course aims to confront the points of view of the representatives of each of the classes that take part in it as the actors in the process, allowing to deepen and understand the current regime, as well as some of its controversial issues.
