Apresenta ainda a comunicação “Transforming the territory through transforming citizenship: the weight of action-research in the evolution of Participatory Budgeting practices in Portugal” no seminário international “Developing expertise in the design of participatory tools: The professionalization and diversification of the public participation field”.
