Hip-hop in Brazil and in Portugal: discussing art in the peripheries

Each year, in November, during the Science and Technology Week, universities, scientific institutions, schools, associations and museums open their doors in order to present the activities they develop, through direct contact with the public. In 2007, CES associated itself with the National Agency ‘Ciência Viva’, organizing an event on Hip-Hop and Art in the Peripheries (in Portugal and Brazil), addressed to young students of the Instituto Técnico e Artístico Profissional in Coimbra (ITAP).
