Novas Poéticas de Resistência: o século XXI em Portugal

Licínia Regateiro

Eyes diluted

Where childhood’s trains

Never circulate

Dreamed of journeys

Nailed into the skin

Darkened by solitudes

To find serenity

In the absent

Affections

Of an old

Boy

Alone

In the ashtray of postponed days

Crushed butts

Of the capture that oppresses

The muzzle

Vibratile arrhythmia

Dissolved anxieties

In a gesture

Efficient

A guillotine for emotions

Unconfortable

No more do nettles

Coil  around

The chastised flesh

Abulia

Silence from the abandoned keyboard

Who, if I cried out, would hear me among the angels’ orders?

Rilke

Surrounding us

a circle of shadow

where there are no

                trails

in mute trampling

in the space of breath

where there are no

                trails

the field grows

in excess of words

where there are no

                trails

in intimate silence

the angels moor

on the other side of the sea
