Inclusion (or not) of Workers in collective bargaining and the characteristics of labour and workers in the EEE context

The general objective of the project is to analyse the collective bargaining as a tool of labour relations regulation and setting of working conditions, having for main sources of information, the Quadros de Pessoal and the references supplied by the European Employment Strategy. The study also looks to: identify general trends of collective bargaining, giving special attention to its inclusion or exclusion axes; to establish some comparison between the Portuguese experience and the UE-15 countries; and to identify good practices of collective bargaining and the establishment of benchmarking.
