Submitting Proposals

Closing date for abstract submission (workgroups and individual papers): 15 November 2019
Notification of abstract acceptance: 31 November 2019
Launch of final conference programme: 05 January 2019

Submissions will be divided into two different categories, Individual and Workgroup communications, each with its own distinct set of application rules.

1. Individual papers: proposals by researchers comprising title (no longer than 70 characters incl. spaces), expanded abstract (4000 characters incl. spaces), abstract (500 characters incl. spaces), bibliography (1000 characters incl. spaces) and short CV (500 characters incl. spaces). The time allocated for each presentation is 20 minutes.

2. Workgroups: proposals by researchers for workgroup presentations must be submitted directly to the chosen group and comprise title (no longer than 70 characters incl. spaces), expanded abstract (4000 characters incl. spaces), abstract (500 characters incl. spaces), bibliography (1000 characters incl. spaces) and short CV (500 characters incl. spaces). The time allocated for each presentation is 20 minutes.

[Important: proposals submitted for workgroup presentations (which are limited to 18 in total) that have not been accepted under this category will be re-evaluated by two additional peers and may accepted as individual papers.]
