Instructions for Poster Submission

Doctoral and postdoctoral researcher may submit proposals to present and discuss their work, through posters, with themes related to those of the Winter School.

An abstract must be submitted in pdf or word format, with a maximum of 500 words. The same document should have information about:

• Authors’s names (underline the name of the presenting author)
• Title of poster
• 3 to 4 keywords 
• 2 to 3 key bibliographic references

The submission should be accompanied by a motivation letter (max 1000 words) explaining the reasons to participate in the Winter School and how the participants expect to integrate the knowledge shared in the summer school. They should also express willingness to work together with the other participants, the coordinators and lecturers, towards the critical revision or amplification of the poster through the lenses experimented and constructed during the Winter School. The following information should be included in the motivation letter: Name of presenting author, title of poster, E-mail.   

The files corresponding to the abstract and letter to be submitted should be named the following way: CES_SS_Abstract_family name_fist name e CES_SS_Letter_family name_first name.

The e-mail should contain in the subject: “Submission CES WS 2020_family name_first name of presenting author. 

The submission of abstracts should be done until the 23 October 2020 to both the following e-mails: ritacampos@ces.uc.pt e anatmelo@ces.uc.pt.
