Self-generated neighbourhoods in Portuguese-speaking countries: a preliminary study on Cape Verde, Angola and Mozambique

25 november & 3, 11 december 2020

This event aims to communicate the results of post-doctoral research developed by Alex Ferreira Magalhães, at CES, over the last 18 months, in which he sought to understand the configuration of the self-generated settlements in the main city of three Portuguese-speaking African countries, under the physical, socio-economic, cultural and legal aspects. Thus, the event is programmed in three sessions, each one focusing on one of the three experiences with which we contacted.
