Biography

Born on April 6, 1977 in Guimarães, Portugal, with Portuguese and Guinean Nationality, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hygiene and Environmental Health, a degree and a Master's Degree in International Relations with a specialization in Peace and Security Studies. At the professional level, he was a trainee in the North South Center of the Council of Europe, in charge of the European Youth Forum Mission for the Portuguese Presidency of the European Union, President of the National Youth Council of Portugal, adviser of the Secretary of State for Equality of the XVIII Constitutional government (portugal); Senior Advisor for Peace, Human Rights and International Affairs of the President of the Popular National Assembly of Guinea Bissau and Advisor to the President of the Republic of Guinea Bissau for political affairs.
