Licia Cianetti


Licia Cianetti obtained a PhD in Politics at University College London, UK, in June 2015 with a dissertation on "The Quality of Divided Democracies: The Representation of the Russian-speaking Minorities in Estonia and Latvia". Her research interests cover minority politics, post-communist politics, and urban politics. Her postdoctoral research at CES is about "Cities and Minorities in Times of Austerity: Impacts, Responses and Challenges" (funded by Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, grant no. SFRH/BPD/120310/2016).
