Biography

Doctor and Master by the Postgraduate Program in Law at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos - UNISINOS, with Post-doctorate in Public Law PNPD / Capes. Graduated from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul - UNISC. Registered at OAB / RS nº 70.076. He has teaching experience in undergraduate and graduate courses, with disciplines within the scope of the General Theory of Law.
