Mustapha El Moussaoui


Mustapha El Moussaoui is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Social Studies, focusing on virtual cities and pandemics. However, He holds a doctoral degree in architecture, urban planning, and landscape architecture from the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia. His doctoral research is titled "The Phenomenological Significance of Dwelling in Architecture - The Case Study of Eastern Beka'a Valley". Mustapha also has a master's degree in landscape architecture from the Lebanese University, a bachelor's in architecture from the Lebanese American University, and another bachelor's in philosophy. The focus of his research is on space production, sustainable dwellings, existential well-being, and aesthetics. Mustapha is also a practicing architect with projects consulted in the Middleast, Africa, Europe, and North America.
