Senior Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, United Kingdom. She is an experienced university lecturer in the fields of organisational behaviour, leadership and intercultural communication and works both with organisations and individuals to explore complex issues of change, peak performance, trust, creativity, competitive advantage and collaboration. She combines lecturing, research and consultancy in her career, and her regular contact with companies allows her to bring real cases and existing problems into her research and teaching. She has been working with public and private sector organisations and universities in Belgium, Britain, Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands and Switzerland. She is a member of the ICOPROMO UK team.
