Joana Raquel Alves dos Santos
Biography
Born in 1982 in Coimbra, Joana graduated in sociology at Minho University in 2006 and afterwards pursued a MA. degree in Anthropology at ISCTE-IUL between 2008 and 2010. She has participated in various research projects that focused on issues such as: gender, migration, religion and interculturality. She is currently enrolled in a PhD on Social sustainability and Development at OPEN University (Uab).More recently she started colaborating with CES as part of the research team of the TRANSlighthouses: More than green - Lighthouses of transformative nature-based solutions for inclusive communities project.
