The European area of ​​justice in criminal matters

PRESENTATION
This course on European area of ​​justice in criminal matters has two main desiderata: first, update the state of the art, with the latest developments in European Union Law, through the European Arrest Warrant and the principle of ne bis in idem a perspective of European law; on the other hand, the dissemination of European judicial cooperation networks in criminal matters, the lawyer's perspective, and in the matter of the future European Public Prosecutor’s Office, in two dimensions, i.e., in its connection with the state prosecution of the Member States, seeking to define minimum Standards of independence and finally the independent judicial review of their initiatives and efforts, still analysing another relevant instrument in the future, the European Investigation Decision.
