Nota biográfica

Doctoral candidate in Human Rights in Contemporary Societies at Universidade de Coimbra, with his PhD expected to be completed in 2027. He holds dual Master's degrees in Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance from Università degli Studi di Padova and in International Relations from Uniwersytet Wroclawski, both completed between 2020 and 2022. He also earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Universidade de São Paulo (2015-2020).
