2nd CALL: Submission of contributions (oral or poster presentations):
Open call for submissions: 25 June 2022
Deadline for submissions:   15 July 2022
Communication of acceptance: 22 July 2022

Registration deadline for Oral and Poster Presenters 1st call: 30 June 2022
Registration deadline for Oral and Poster Presenters 2nd call: 28 July 2022

Applications (for general participation in the conference)
Early bird: by 24 June
Regular applications: 25 July
Late applications:  28 August

Registration (upon communication of acceptance of the application)
Early bird- by 30 June 2022
Regular registration: 28 July 2022
Late registration: 1 September 2022

NOTE: The selection of applications will give priority to those participants applying for the Full Conference. You will be notified about the acceptance of your application on the designated dates. You will then receive instructions to complete your registration and proceed with the payment. Registrations will only be considered final upon acceptance of the special conditions for participation and payment.
