September 27, 2017, 14h30

Room 1, CES | Alta

Framework

This seminar aims to create academic space for the discussion of one of the most central and contemporary themes in the field of reproductive citizenship.

Based on preliminary data within the scope of the INTIMATE project (www.ces.uc.pt/intimate ), including legal mapping and interviews with beneficiaries and experts, issues related to obstacles, decision-making and experiences related to this reproductive method and with the experience of homoparentality will be addressed.

The context of Southern Europe offers geographical and political diversity conducive to a cross-cutting reflection that will interest students, researchers, activists, journalists and policy makers, among other people.
