Biography

Daniel Santos Morais is a PhD student in Feminist Studies at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Coimbra (FLUC) and at the Center for Social Studies of Coimbra. Master in Sociology with a thesis on the impact evaluation of the European university sports event (EUSA GAMES Coimbra 2018) from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC) and a degree in European Studies from the Faculty of Letters of the UC (FLUC). It is in the area of ​​Queer studies, Gender Studies and Women's History that he develops his phd thesis. Volunteer at the LGBTQI+ Youth Association rede ex aequo and at the LGBTQI+ news site, dezanove.pt. Administrator of the Leituras Queer website. He is a volunteer at Plataforma Já Marchavas - a collective of citizens and groups from Viseu in defence of human, animal and environmental rights.
