Biography

Ph.D. candidate in Political Economy at the University of Coimbra, Master in Regional Economics and Public Policy at the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC)(2021). Specialisation in Public Policy, Social and Collective Rights by the Higher Education Center of Ilheus (2018), Degree in Law from the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC) (2018). Member of the Research Groups: Interdisciplinary Experiences in Socioenvironmental Rights (VIDA), Study and Research Group on Constitution, Democracy, and Fundamental Rights, Academic League of Legal Studies of Bahia (LAEJU), and the Study and Research Group on Socioenvironmental Interactions and Languages (GEPISAL). Conceived and coordinated the Public Law Research Group at the Center for Teaching and Research (CEPESQ). Served as a lecturer and professor at the Center for Teaching and Research (CEPESQ). Collaborating investigator in the Integrated Research-Extension Project in Postgraduate Studies (UESC). Researcher in Public Policies of Urban Development, Right to the City and Climate Crisis.
