Biography

PhD student in Political Economy at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra - FEUC. Master in Psychology and Bachelor in Occupational Therapy from the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil. Specialist in Occupational Therapy in Mental Health. She has experience in social contexts; mental health; collaborative management (solidarity economy and sociocracy). Isabela has a professional and academic trajectory that permeates the construction of spaces for the socioeconomic emancipation of people with psychological suffering through the management of the Solidarity Economy. She is co-founder of a non-governmental organization focused on psychosocial rehabilitation through income generation. Municipal councilor for Popular and Solidarity Economy in the 2018-2021 administration. Currently, she is a parliamentary advisor, coordinator of the core projects of a progressive state deputy from the State of Paraná, in Brazil.
