Biography

PhD student in Post-Colonism and Global Citizenship at the Center for Social Studies, linked to the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra. Master and PhD student in Biodiversity in Conservation Units at the National School of Tropical Botany, linked to the Research Institute of the Botanical Garden of Rio de Janeiro. Specialist in State and Law of Traditional Peoples and Communities from the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Bahia. Bachelor and degree in History from the Institute of Human and Social Sciences of the Federal University of Mato Grosso. Since 2009 I have been working as an environmental analyst at the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio), currently filled with Regional Management 3. I have experience in socio-environmental management in Extractive Reserves, fire management in Cerrado National Park and management of an integral protection conservation unit. overlapped with Indigenous Land.
